How AI works in the business
In development, the plan is to run an AI assistant on a private AI server from Texas Integrated Services. It would help sort through questions and point veterans toward the right benefits and contacts in plain language. Nothing here is live yet, so this is the direction rather than a finished feature.
The hardware behind it
The plan is to keep everything on hardware the project owns outright, not a rented cloud account. Veteran information is sensitive, so private data staying on a private server is the whole point. There would be no monthly cloud fees riding on top of that.
Where it’s growing
The first step is getting the site stood up and serving real content. From there, the goal is to grow the AI support as the audience grows, all on owned infrastructure. Building on a private TIS server keeps the costs steady as the project finds its footing.
