ScoutTickets decodes historical well records and tracks drilling permits across Texas counties, then scores acreage with an explainable method. It serves operators, land teams, investors, and geologists making exploration calls.

The business

ScoutTickets provides oil and gas exploration intelligence for the Texas market. It decodes decades of scout tickets into searchable, normalized well data and tracks drilling permits in real time across counties. A transparent scoring engine rates acreage with an explainable method, serving independent operators, land teams, investors, and geologists.

How AI works in the business

AI reads messy historical well records and permit filings and turns them into clean, comparable data. The Scout AI assistant answers exploration questions and helps assess target acreage, with scoring you can actually trace rather than a black box. The point is decisions an operator can defend, so the reasoning stays visible.

The hardware behind it

ScoutTickets runs its models on a private AI server from Texas Integrated Services, owned outright with no monthly cloud fees. The well index and permit data sit on hardware the company controls, which matters when the analysis is the competitive edge. There is no cloud vendor watching the proprietary scoring.

Where it’s growing

Starting in Texas with thousands of wells indexed across two dozen-plus counties, the plan is to widen coverage and deepen the permit feed. Owning the server means processing more wells does not mean a bigger cloud invoice. As the index grows, the private hardware keeps the heavy data work in-house.
