CraftShow Events helps people find craft shows, handmade fairs, and artisan markets, and lets organizers list events for free. It spans sixteen craft categories with vendor and organizer resources.

The business

CraftShow Events is a go-to platform for discovering craft shows, handmade fairs, and artisan markets. Shoppers browse by category, location, or state across sixteen craft categories from quilting to woodworking. Organizers can list their events for free, and companion resources guide both vendors and organizers.

How AI works in the business

AI cleans up and standardizes event listings as organizers submit them, catching missing dates, locations, and categories. It helps match shoppers to nearby events and writes summaries and resource articles for vendors and organizers. That keeps a sprawling, constantly changing event calendar accurate without a large staff.

The hardware behind it

The platform runs its AI on a private server from Texas Integrated Services that the business owns outright. Organizer contact details and event data live on that in-house hardware rather than a rented cloud account. With no monthly cloud fees, free listings stay genuinely free to offer.

Where it’s growing

The roadmap reaches toward broader nationwide coverage and a deeper library of organizer and vendor guides. As more events flow in, the owned server can take on smarter matching and trend reports for the craft community. The private setup means listing data never has to leave the business.
