Chamber.Support is an all-in-one platform for chambers of commerce, covering member CRM, websites, events, directories, and document workflows. Its AI assistant runs on a private AI server from Texas Integrated Services.

The business

Chamber.Support is an all-in-one platform built for chambers of commerce and business associations. It combines member CRM with renewal tracking and auto-billing, hosted chamber websites, event management and ticketing, searchable directories, and document workflows. It positions itself as a modern, flat-fee alternative to older platforms like ChamberMaster and Wild Apricot.

How AI works in the business

An AI chat assistant helps answer member questions and supports staff inside the dashboard. Member rosters, billing, and contracts are sensitive association data, so the AI processing stays on hardware the platform controls. That keeps member information out of third-party cloud AI services.

The hardware behind it

Chamber.Support runs its AI assistant on a private server from Texas Integrated Services, owned outright with no monthly cloud fees. The flat $199-per-month pricing with no per-member charge is easier to hold because the AI does not carry a per-token cloud cost. The model and the member data both live on owned hardware.

Where it’s growing

The platform is signing up local, regional, and specialty chambers and expanding what the AI assistant handles. Because the hardware is owned, adding chambers and unlimited members does not raise a recurring cloud bill. The plan is to keep growing the AI features on the same private server.

Tell us what you are trying to run

Describe the workload, how many people need it, and how sensitive the data is. You will get a straight answer about whether owning the hardware makes sense for that situation — including when it does not, and a subscription would serve you better.
